FahrAura is a digital training aid designed exclusively for passenger car practice (Driving License Class B / PKW up to 3.5t) and practical exam preparation. It is NOT calibrated or intended for commercial trucks (Class C/CE), buses (Class D), or motorcycles, for which distinct speed limits, stopping distances, lane permissions, and commercial regulations apply. The app is NOT an official driving license, certified driving school instruction, or legal test evaluation. The driver retains 100% sole responsibility for vehicle operation, situational awareness, and strict compliance with all applicable road traffic regulations (e.g. StVO).
Your mobile device must be securely positioned in an approved in-vehicle mount before driving. Operating, touching, or interacting with the device while driving is strictly prohibited (§ 23 StVO). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FahrAura is liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health. In cases of slight negligence, FahrAura is liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties), limited to typically foreseeable damages. In all other respects, liability for traffic accidents, personal injury, property damage, traffic fines, administrative penalties, or failed driving exams is excluded. You use the service at your own risk.
GPS telemetry, speed limit indications, road rules, and map data (via Stadia Maps, HERE, TomTom, and routing services) are provided "AS IS" for informational guidance only. Database attributes may differ from real-world road conditions, dynamic construction zones, or temporary speed restrictions. Real-world traffic signs, signals, and police instructions always take absolute precedence over app displays.
You must be at least the legal minimum age for learner drivers in your jurisdiction. Account sharing, GPS spoofing, reverse engineering, unauthorized API access, and automated data scraping are strictly prohibited. FahrAura maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against objectionable, harassing, defamatory, hateful, or abusive content and bad-faith conduct. Users posting objectionable content or engaging in abusive behavior will have their content removed immediately and their accounts suspended or permanently terminated.
Practice minutes are consumable digital goods. In-app purchases, minute bundles, billing, and refund requests are processed exclusively through Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) in accordance with their respective store terms and conditions. For iOS users, these terms supplement the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). Digital content delivery commences immediately upon confirmation of purchase.
By submitting route tips, glitch reports, forum posts, or comments, you grant FahrAura a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, index, and moderate this content. FahrAura provides community reporting mechanisms, automated safety filters, and reserves the right to review and remove any objectionable or infringing content within 24 hours.
The FahrAura app, website, branding, logos, software, and proprietary driving error detection and exam readiness algorithms are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without prejudice to mandatory statutory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
